Holidays are over, schools are back, routines are being re-established!  From 6.30 - 8.30 come and join a group of energy aware people to breathe deeply, connect with the bits of you that get neglected in all the hubbub of everyday life and have fun exploring the potential for fun times, now and in the future.  What will it feel like to be...???  How does this make me feel??  Ask the questions, feel the answers and play with joyful prospects!  Bring water to drink and a £3 contribution.
